I know I’m blowing everyone’s feed up with all my blogs! I’m playing catch up now that I have some downtime to do so. I had so many wonderful shoots and weddings this past year I can’t wait to share them all. I have been photographing Brit Jenkins for years with the ballet and I was so excited when she was getting married! I wasn’t available on her wedding day, but was so excited I was able to photograph her engagements and sweet bridals. I love seeing her so happy! Love you Jenkins family!! We took their photos in her stunning backyard, the Riter Mansion, and the Logan LDS Temple.
They met on their LDS mission and she contacted him seven months after they were home. They already had a friendship established, so it was easy for them to fall in love with one another. And they are both so sweet and tender with each other.
It was a rainy wedding day, but that did not stop this cute couple from keeping smiles on their faces. They weren't going to let a little rain get them down. They had a sweet intimate wedding at the Salt Lake City LDS Temple, it was a perfect setting for their love story. Amy and I went to Photo school together at USU, she was always a fun person to be around, and I enjoyed our journey through photography together. She is amazingly talented, and sees things in such a beautiful way. I was excited that she asked me to photograph such an important day for her.
There is nothing quite as beautiful as a light snow on a wedding day. I know for most it means cold, and wet hair, but to me it creates magic. There is something so dreamy about little snow flakes coming down as you exit the Temple as Husband and Wife. These two weren't phased by it at all. They smiled, and laughed, and hugged and kissed. The cold didn't seem to reach them much at all. To be cliche...they had their love to keep them warm. :)
Emily was absolutely a perfect bride. Beautiful and sweet as could be. And he couldn't take his eyes off of her. They were both surrounded by such wonderful supportive family, and it was a happy occasion. I am so excited for their journey together.
These two love to laugh. Their whole session was laughing and fun with little sweet moments in the middle of all that laughter. They find so much joy being with one another....
This couple finally tied the knot! Kyle is the one that proposed during a poker game, telling Brittany he was "all in." You can read their full story on their engagement post here. They got sealed in the Provo City Center Temple, and obviously it was gorgeous!
